Refund policy

When you shop at Element Vital, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. Once your return request is submitted, you must ship the package within 7 days.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Types of Returns

Subjective Returns:
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for subjective returns will be shouldered by the customer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Objective Returns:
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the product and your order number. Once verified, we will either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refunds apply only to the product price and do not include original shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at support@elementvital.com. We'll provide instructions, including the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after your return arrives and is inspected.
  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow an additional 3–5 days for bank or payment provider processing.
If you paid by:
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are sent to your bank within 5 business days.
  • PayPal, Klarna, or other providers: Refunds are sent within 5 business days.


Additional Information

Order Cancellation & Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, we begin processing your order and can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original.

 

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders paid fully using Store Credit are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Element Vital is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, refusal to accept the package, or missing consignee details. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
