Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping: 5-12 business days after processing (depending on your location)
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping fee: $4.99 (or equivalent in local currency)
- FREE shipping on orders over $55 (or equivalent in local currency)
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the final checkout total after discounts
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched
- You can track your package's journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation
- Please note that tracking updates may experience slight delays depending on the carrier
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All orders are shipped duty and tax unpaid
- International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes levied by their local customs authorities
- These charges are collected at the time of delivery or when picking up your package
- Element Vital has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Some non-continental European regions (islands and overseas territories)
P.O. Box Delivery:
- Available in the United States only (Standard Shipping only)
Special Regions:
- For locations such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the Virgin Islands, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery
- Some regions may require in-person pickup at a local courier facility
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street and building numbers
- Element Vital is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, a refund will not be issued
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@elementvital.com within 24 hours of placing your order, or before it is dispatched. After dispatch, we are unable to change the shipping address or modify your order.
Order Issues & Support
Package Not Received?
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us at support@elementvital.com within 30 days of the stated delivery date
- For lost or significantly delayed packages, we'll work with the carrier to locate your order or process a replacement
Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or refund
